Yuliya Gertsberg Scharf counsels clients on a wide variety of commercial litigation and employment-related matters. She represents small and large corporations, as well as individuals, in state and federal courts. Yuliya also has experience with advising clients on compliance with FDA and FTC regulations.
Prior to joining Manchel & Brennan, Yuliya was an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP, where her practice focused on defending the firm's pharmaceutical, herbal supplement, medical device, and consumer goods clients in products liability and tort matters in federal and state courts.
