Mr. Dolan is a versatile attorney with significant experience in litigating civil matters involving diverse topics including, professional liability, insurance coverage issues and small business disputes. Patrick has litigated cases in both federal and state courts and in various arbitration forums.
Most recently, Patrick has developed a specialty in representing institutions and key employees in all aspects of the employee recruiting and departure arena. Patrick has litigated numerous injunction and damages actions in these employee transition disputes, including issues regarding post-employment restrictive covenants (non-competition, non-solicitation, non-recruiting, and non-disclosure), misappropriation of trade secrets or confidential information, breach of fiduciary duties and unlawful competition.
Patrick was named a “Massachusetts Superlawyer Rising Star” in 2005 in Boston Magazine.
Before joining Manchel & Brennan, P.C., Patrick was an associate in the Professional Liability Department at Peabody and Arnold LLP and was Of Counsel at Demeo & Associates, P.C.
