Keith H. BenstenMr. Bensten focuses his practice on representing clients regarding employment-related matters and commercial litigation. Keith draws upon his experience as both an in-house counsel and a litigator to provide sound guidance to institutional clients and individuals.

Prior to joining Manchel & Brennan, Keith was an assistant county attorney in Stafford County, Virginia, where he focused his practice on all areas of local government law. Keith represented the County in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels, and he served as in-house counsel to all County departments and various elected officials. After graduating from law school, Keith completed a three-year clerkship with the Honorable LeRoy F. Millette, Jr. of the Virginia Supreme Court.
