Josh Vitullo represents clients in complex commercial litigation, securities arbitration, and employment matters. Josh focuses on assisting clients resolve business disputes. He represents clients on a wide range of issues, including contract disputes; shareholder disputes; real estate litigation; non-competition agreements; intellectual property disputes; and securities related disputes. Josh has extensive experience before state and federal courts and FINRA arbitrations throughout the country.
Prior to joining Manchel & Brennan, P.C., Josh was principal partner at Sheehan Vitullo LLP, a complex business litigation boutique, where he represented small and large businesses in litigation in federal court, state court, and FINRA arbitrations. Previously, he was an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP and Bingham McCutchen LLP, where his practice focused on complex litigation and securities litigation, arbitration and enforcement matters. Josh has also served as a Special Assistant District Attorney for Plymouth County.
In addition to his practice at Manchel & Brennan, P.C., Josh is a Guberman Teaching Fellow and Lecturer at Brandeis University.
