Jason TauchesJason Tauches is an experienced litigator with a focus on commercial, employment, and securities litigation.  He represents clients in federal and state courts and administrative agencies on a wide range of commercial and employment related issues such as non-competition, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements; and unfair competition, trade secrets, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty.  Jason also counsels clients in broker-dealer and securities litigation before alternative dispute resolution proceedings such as mediation and arbitration.  Jason’s focus is on ensuring all clients, from large institutions to individuals, receive the best outcome to satisfy their key interests.

Before joining Manchel & Brennan, P.C. in 2018, Jason spent seven years in trial and appellate practice before federal and state courts in California.  After graduating from the College of the Holy Cross, Jason served six years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps, deploying to various duty stations worldwide.

Jason is a member of the bar of Massachusetts, New York and California.  He is an active member of the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Holy Cross Lawyers Association.
