Ms. Lacey joined the Firm in 2003 and was an associate until October 2005, when she accepted the position of Associate General Counsel with one of the Firm’s clients, Legal Sea Foods, Inc. Heather now focuses her time representing Legal Sea Foods in proceedings before administrative agencies (including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination) and in federal and state court. In addition, she provides a full range of employment advice to Legal Sea Foods. Heather also maintains relationships with her other clients and, when called upon, continues to provide advice in a broad range of employment topics. Heather was named as a Massachusetts “Rising Star” Super Lawyer by Boston Magazine and Law & Politics in 2005 and 2006.
