Ms. Fitzgerald concentrates on counseling and representing publicly and privately held corporations in complex business litigation and dispute resolution. She has extensive experience in matters relating to enforcement of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, the defense of broker-dealers in customer complaint claims, commodities and securities trading and securities fraud, trade secrets and unfair competition, corporate governance, insolvency and creditors rights, and insurance/reinsurance litigation. Christine has appeared before federal, state and alternative dispute resolution tribunals nationwide, as well as in Hong Kong, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Before joining Manchel & Brennan, P. C, Christine was a senior litigation associate at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, LLP in New York and Boston.
